shareholders will be held at Deloitte House, Plot 64518, Fairgrounds
Office Park, Gaborone, Botswana on Friday 30th August 2013 at 10:00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice,
which was posted to Botswana shareholders on 29th July 2013 and posted to
South African shareholders on 30th July 2013.
