DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED (MND) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 126.03689 cents per MNDNIH share instalment that is
payable on Tuesday, 17 September 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC
credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 107.13136 cents per share instalment. The final
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 16 August 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 19 August 2013. The record date will be Friday, 23 August 2013.
