RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Invicta shareholders was held today, Friday, 16 August
2013. All the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general
meeting to shareholders dated 17 July 2013 were approved by the requisite majority
of shareholders. The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
