VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO RCS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 June
2013 wherein the Company advised that the process of
reducing TFG’s shareholding in its 55% held subsidiary, RCS
Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited (“RCS”) had been
terminated.
Shareholders are now advised that the Company has
subsequently received an unsolicited expression of interest
to acquire 100% of RCS which the board of TFG will consider.
Further announcements will be made in this regard as and
when appropriate.
