RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised of the resignation of Ms Thenjiwe Chikane as an independent
non-executive director from the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Murray & Roberts with
immediate effect. Ms Chikane has resigned for personal reasons.
Ms Chikane’s resignation results in her resignation as a member of the Audit & Sustainability
Committee and the Risk Management Committee. The Board wishes Ms Chikane well in her
future endeavours.
