RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

William Tell (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mrs Amouré Yeun has resigned as an
independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Amouré for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
