In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed of
the following change to the Board of Directors of MRI (the “Board"):
The resignation of Ms. Michelle van den Berg, Financial Director of
the Board with effect from 30 September 2013.
The Board wishes to thank Ms. van den Berg for her valuable
contribution to the company during her tenure as a board member and
wish her well for her future endeavors.
