2011,shareholders are advised that on the 22 August 2013, Lewis Group
Limited became aware of the following:
- acquisition by Sanlam Life Insurance Ltd (“Sanlam”) of shares, such
that Sanlam’s total beneficial interest in the company has increased
to 5.17% of the issued capital of the company.
