SUBSCRIPTION FOR ADDITIONAL SHARES IN REDEFINE INTERNATIONAL P.L.C. AND
PLACEMENT OF RIN LINKED UNITS
RIN unitholders are referred to the Redefine International P.L.C. (“Redefine International”) announcement
detailing the placing of 40,000,000 new Redefine International shares at a price of 42 pence per share (a copy
of which is being released on SENS together with this announcement)
As detailed in the Redefine International announcement, RIN is acquiring 20,000,000 of the shares being placed
by Redefine International. In order to fund this acquisition, RIN has raised R135,000,000 through the
placement with institutional investors of 20,000,000 new RIN linked units at a price of R6.75 per linked unit. It
is intended that the new linked units being issued pursuant to the placing will be issued and listed on
3 September 2013.
