UPDATE ON CERTAIN LITIGATION
Shareholders are referred to the Annual Report of the
Company for the year ended 28 February 2013, wherein
disclosure was made, inter alia, regarding certain
litigation with Mr JP Kimber. The Board of Directors is
pleased to announce that a settlement has been reached
with Mr Kimber, and all actions have been withdrawn by
both parties.
