DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited
(“Coronation”) has notified Delta that it has acquired a beneficial interest in securities of the company
on behalf of its clients, resulting in the total beneficial interest held by Coronation increasing to
25.43% of the total issued Delta securities.
