DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LTD and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LTD (MTN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 370 cents per MTNNIJ share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 09 September 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits
were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 314.5 cents per share instalment. The final payment
will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 30 August 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 02 September 2013. The record date will be Friday, 06 September
2013.
MTN GROUP LTD's income tax number is 9692/942/71/8.
