NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
No change statement
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March
2013, linked unitholders are advised that the annual financial
statements have been distributed to linked unitholders on 26
August 2013 and contain no modifications to the audited results
which were published on SENS on 7 June 2013.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the second annual general meeting of
the Company’s linked unitholders will be held at Sasfin Head
Office, 29 Scott Street, Waverley, Johannesburg, 2090 on Monday 23
September 2013 at 14h00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
Salient dates
The notice of the Company’s annual general meeting has been sent
to its linked unitholders who were recorded as such in the
Company’s securities register on Friday, 16 August 2013, being the
notice record date used to determine which linked unitholders are
entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting.
The record date on which linked unitholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company’s securities register in order
to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 13
September 2013 being the voting record date used to determine
which linked unitholders are entitled to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting. The last day to trade in order to be
entitled to vote at the annual general meeting will therefore be
Friday, 6 September 2013. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later
than 14h00 on Thursday, 19 September 2013. Any forms of proxy not
lodged by this time must be handed to the chairperson of the
annual general meeting immediately prior to the annual general
meeting.
