RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised of the resignation of Ms Matsotso Vuso as an
independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
As a result thereof, Ms Matsoso Vuso also resigns and is withdrawn as a member of the
RBPlat Audit & Risk Committee with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors hereby wish to thank Ms Vuso for her contribution to the company
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
