APPOINTMENT OF ACTING FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Following the announcement made on 19 August 2013 that the Financial Director of CBH
had resigned, CBH wishes to advise that Maria Jose Antunes, currently Group Financial
Accountant, will assume the duties of financial director in an acting capacity with
immediate effect.
Maria Antunes joined CBH as Group Financial Accountant in 2008 and has managed the
overall group financial function since then. She also holds certain support functions in
terms of Corporate Governance and has an intimate understanding of the group’s
operating and financial functions. Prior to joining CBH, she held the position of Senior
Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
The process of selecting a permanent candidate for the role of Financial Director has
commenced and the group will make further announcements in due course.
