RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting
of the Company held on Wednesday, 28 August 2013, all the
ordinary and special resolutions presented in the notice of
annual general meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution relating to the adoption of a new
Memorandum of Incorporation will be lodged with CIPC for
registration.
