Shareholders are referred to the updated cautionary
announcement released by the Company dated 20 August 2013
and are hereby advised that negotiations with Peermont
Global Limited have been terminated as parties were unable
to agree mutually acceptable terms. Caution is no longer
required to be exercised by GPI shareholders when dealing
in their securities.
