Shareholders are hereby referred to the announcement released
by Afrimat Limited (“Afrimat) on 30 August 2013 advising that
Afrimat will be purchasing Infrasors shares during an
Infrasors closed period which will commence on
1 September 2013 until 28 October 2013 when Infrasors results
are expected be released.
