FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 18 July 2013 in relation to the
proposed acquisition of a R500 million residential property portfolio and are advised that Arrowhead is in the
process of finalising agreements in relation to the acquisition. Accordingly linked unitholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Arrowhead linked units until further announcements in
respect of the residential property portfolio are made.
