PUBLICATION OF REVIEWED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2013
Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of finalising its
reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2013 (“results”) and expects to publish
the results on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on or about Friday, 6
September 2013 and not on Wednesday, 11 September 2013 as previously indicated in
Mvelaserve’s trading statement published on SENS on Thursday, 15 August 2013.
The board of directors of Mvelaserve has elected to publish the results earlier
than previously indicated, in order to allow shareholders adequate time within
which to consider the results in advance of the scheme meeting relating to Bidvest
Group Limited’s intention to acquire 100% of Mvelaserve, which scheme meeting is to
be convened on Friday, 20 September 2013.
