shareholders, posted to shareholders on 15 July 2013, which closed on Friday, 30 August 2013.
The directors advise that 239 189 ordinary shares at an offer price of 54.58 cents were acquired
by Cannistraro Investments 282 (Pty) Ltd from Alert Steel shareholders.
