WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Synergy unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 15 May 2013 and 22 July 2013
respectively and are advised that negotiations for the acquisition of a further portfolio of properties have been
put on hold for the time being and accordingly, unitholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing
in their linked units.
