APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, the shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
that the board of directors of Sekunjalo (“the board”), is pleased to
announce that Mr. Takudzwa Hove (“Takudzwa”) has been appointed as a
non-executive director of Sekunjalo effective from 4 September 2013.
Takudzwa was previously with the Group and held the positions of Group
Financial Manager and that of Corporate Finance Executive for an
extended period. He has vast experience in the Group’s business units.
Takudzwa is also a director on the boards of various other companies
including Independent News and Media (South Africa) Proprietary
Limited, Sekunjalo Independent Media (Pty) Ltd and Premier Fishing SA
(Pty) Ltd.
The board wishes to congratulate Takudzwa on his appointment and looks
forward to his valued contributions.
