Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 8 August 2013, shareholders
are advised that discussions are still in progress, which, if successfully
concluded may result in an offer being made to Afgri shareholders to
acquire 100% of the Company's securities. Shareholders are cautioned that
there is no certainty at this stage that the discussions will lead to a
formal transaction either being proposed or concluded. Shareholders are,
therefore, advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
