Requirements, shareholders are advised that, due to his
increasing involvement in his other interests, Mr MM Di Nicola
(“Mark”) has resigned with effect from 05 September 2013.
The board of Beige would like to extend its thanks and
appreciation to Mark for his invaluable contribution to the
substantial growth of Beige over many years. We wish him well in
his future endeavours.
