Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement, dated 25 July 2013, and all previous
announcements relating to the mandatory offer to minority shareholders.
Shareholders are advised that the delay has been as a result of resolving administrative issues around
the settlement which included discussions with the relevant regulatory bodies.
Payment is now being finalised.
