Petmin received notice on Monday, 9 September 2013, from Regarding Capital Management
(Pty) Ltd (“RE:CM”) pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the South African Companies Act 71
of 2008 (the “Act”).
Pursuant to the Act and paragraph 3.83 (b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
Petmin wishes to advise that RE:CM, as at 10 September 2013, holds 15.17% (previously
12.40%) of the issued share capital of Petmin on behalf of clients.
