TRADING STATEMENT
The Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE)
require a listed company to announce through the BSE and the
press, any circumstances or events that have, or are likely to
have, a material bearing relating to the financial results of the
company for the next reporting period.
The Board of Wilderness hereby announces that the Group’s interim
results for the six months ended 31 August 2013 are likely to be
significantly higher than those achieved in the six months ended
on 31 August 2012.
This is attributable to a number of factors and full details will
be given in the interim announcement of the results, due to be
released on 30 October 2013. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s
securities.
