RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Arrowhead linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 August 2013, relating
to the posting of a notice of general meeting of the company proposing a resolution authorising the placement
of such number of authorised but unissued linked units of the company not exceeding an aggregate issue price
of R500 million under the control of the directors of the company, as detailed in such notice of general meeting.
The general meeting was held on Wednesday, 11 September 2013, and linked unitholders are advised that the
resolution proposed was duly passed by the requisite majority of Arrowhead linked unitholders.
