BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
ADvTECH has received a notice on Wednesday, 11 September 2013, from Kagiso Asset
Management Proprietary Limited (“Kagiso”) regarding their acquisition of a further beneficial interest in
securities of ADvTECH. ADvTECH shareholders are advised that Kagiso previously held 9.93% of the
securities in ADvTECH and, following this acquisition, Kagiso, in aggregate, now holds 10.01% of the
total issued share capital of ADvTECH.
This notice is issued pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Paragraph
3.83 (b) of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements.
