WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 22 February 2013, 10 April 2013, 24 May 2013, 2
2 July 2013 and 31 July 2013, regarding the on-going legal dispute between Brikor and its bankers,
Firstrand Bank Limited (“Firstrand Bank” or “the Bank).
That cautionary is hereby withdrawn in the light of the subsequent Provisional Liquidation Order and
further Cautionary Announcement released on SENS on 31 July 2013.
