Chemspec shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of
ordinary shareholders held today, the ordinary and special
resolutions as set out in the notice included in the circular
posted to shareholders on 15 August 2013, were passed with the
requisite majority vote which exceeded 95% for each resolution.
