REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
Further to the trading statement released on SENS on 10
July 2013,shareholders are advised that the Company
expects earnings per share of between 17.0 and 17.2 cents
for the year ended 30 June 2013 as compared to a loss per
share of 49.6 cents for the previous corresponding period
and headline earnings per share of between 16.2 and 16.4
cents for the year ended 30 June 2013 as compared to a
loss per share of 1.0 for the previous corresponding
period.
The financial information on which this trading statement
is based has not been reviewed or reported on by M&S’s
auditors and the financial results are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 17 September 2013.
