DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 33.04266 cents per OMLNIJ share instalment that is
payable on Thursday, 31 October 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC
credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 28.08626 cents per share instalment. The final
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Thursday, 19 September 2013. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 20 September 2013. The record date will be Friday, 27
September 2013.
