LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD PLATINUM DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional
1,600,000 NewGold Platinum Debentures at an approximate issue price of R147.50
per additional NewGold Platinum Debenture, following subscriptions in respect of
approximately 15,974.720 fine troy ounces of platinum.
After the additional issue, there will be 63,600,000 NewGold Platinum Debentures in
issue, referencing approximately 634,995.122 fine troy ounces of platinum.
