SALE OF NAMPAK CARTONS & LABELS BUSINESS IN SOUTH AFRICA
Nampak is pleased to announce that, in line with its strategy of focusing on specific regions and core products,
it has concluded an agreement to sell its Nampak Cartons & Labels business in South Africa to a subsidiary of
Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers Limited.
The transaction is subject to a number of conditions precedent, including approval by the Competition authorities
and the effective date of the transaction is expected to be in the first quarter of 2014.
