1. Introduction
Shareholders are advised that Caxton has entered into an agreement in terms
of which it will acquire the operating division of Nampak Cartons and Labels
Division South Africa subject to normal conditions precedent, common to these
transactions, including regulatory approval.
2. Categorisation of the acquisition
The acquisition constitutes less than a Category 2 transaction in terms of the
Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
