CANCELLATION OF SECTION 122 NOTICE
Shareholders are referred to the notice in terms of Section
122 released on SENS on 27 November 2012 wherein it was
advised that Vaal Mac Investments (“Vaal Mac”) had acquired a
7.87% beneficial interest in African Dawn (“the transaction”).
Further to the above, shareholders are now advised that no
shares were, or have been, transferred in terms of the
above notice as there was a dispute regarding the sales
agreement and background in which the transaction was
implemented.
As a result, the 7.87% shares in African Dawn have not been
transferred to Vaal Mac.
