CHANGES TO THE BOARD: EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the shareholders are hereby
informed of the resignation of Mr. Marc Allen as Executive
Director with effect from 17 September 2013.
The Board would like to thank Marc for his contribution to the
company and wish him well in his future ventures.
