CHANGE IN DIRECTOR’S FUNCTION
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Murray &
Roberts advises shareholders that the Board of Directors of the Company, acting in
accordance with section 94 (6) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, has appointed Mr Michael
McMahon as a member of the Audit & Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.
Mr McMahon also serves as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and is a
member of the Remuneration & Human Resources, Nomination and Health, Safety &
Environment committees.
