RESPONSE TO AN INCORRECT PRESS RELEASE IN THE BUSINESS BRIEF SECTION OF THE
BUSINES DAY OF 18 SEPTEMBER 2013
Shareholders are referred to the article in the Business Day today, 18 September 2013, relating to the
withdrawal of cautionary announcement released by Morvest on SENS on 17 September 2013.
The discussions that were the subject of the withdrawal of cautionary announcement were unrelated
to the BEE transaction and the circular that was posted on 22 August 2013.
The BEE transaction is proceeding as per the timetable set out in the circular to shareholders.
