UPDATE ON CORPORATE ACTIONS
1. Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 12
July 2013 and 23 August 2013 (“Results of General Meeting
Announcement”) regarding the Share Increase, the
Consolidation and the adoption of the New Memorandum of
Incorporation) (“the Special Resolutions”).
2. In the Results of General Meeting Announcement,
shareholders were advised that all the Special Resolutions
were successfully adopted and would be submitted to the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”)
for registration.
3. Shareholders were further advised that a detailed
finalisation announcement (“Finalisation Announcement”)
would be released subsequent to the registration of the
Special Resolutions on or about 19 September 2013.
4. Shareholders are advised that the Special Resolutions were
submitted to CIPC but that the registration thereof has
not been finalised.
5. Accordingly, a detailed Finalisation Announcement
containing, inter alia, an updated timetable will be
released on SENS as soon as the Special Resolutions have
been registered.
