TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act
Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Rebosis has received notification from Catalyst Fund
Managers SA (Pty) Ltd (“Catalyst”) of the disposal of shares in Rebosis, such that Catalyst now holds
4.93% of Rebosis’ issued linked units.
