CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Joe Applegryn
has been appointed as Non-Executive director with effect from
17 September 2013.
Joe is a Chartered Accountant with experience in transaction
advisory, capital raising and business and project appraisals.
He has served on a number of boards which include PG Bison,
Unicell paper Mills, Protea Wanderers Hotel and Beexchange
Empowerment Advisors. He has also served as Acting Chairman,
Vice-Chairmand and Trustee of Resolution Health Medical Scheme.
The company welcomes Joe to the board.
