FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 26 June 2013 and the subsequent further cautionary
announcement dated 7 August 2013, and using the terms defined therein, unless otherwise stated, shareholders
are advised that while negotiations between Sentula and the Miranda Consortium are still in progress, uncertainty
with respect to various underlying matters of importance still prevail.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in Miranda’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
