TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Rebosis has received notification from
Dreamfair Properties (Pty) Ltd (“Dreamfair”) of the acquisition of shares in Rebosis, such that Dreamfair
now holds 5.8% of Rebosis’ issued linked units.
