FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 26 June 2013 and the subsequent further
cautionary announcements dated 7 August 2013 and 19 September 2013 regarding the proposed disposal
by Sentula of its 60% indirectly held interest in the Nkomati Anthracite Mine, and are further advised that the
Company has been approached by parties interested in certain other businesses within the Sentula portfolio.
The board of directors of Sentula is currently undertaking a strategic evaluation of the alternative options,
which review may result in actions that could have a material effect on the price of Sentula’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in Sentula’s securities
until further announcements are made.
