RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the company convened on Wednesday,
25 September 2013 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the company’s annual
report issued on 27 August 2013), all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite
majority of GoGlobal shareholders.
GoGlobal has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
