TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES
Linked unitholders are referred to previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which was on
22 May 2013, regarding the acquisition of letting enterprises and properties known as the Nthwese office
portfolio.
Linked unitholders are advised that all of the properties comprising the Nthwese office portfolio transferred into
the name of Rebosis between 9 September 2013 and 23 September 2013.
As previously announced, the acquisition of the Nthwese office portfolio is consistent with Rebosis’ strategy
of acquiring large high-quality and defensive commercial properties yielding secure capital and income
returns for linked unitholders.
