NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the abridged
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2013, was dispatched today,
Friday, 27 September 2013, and contains no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated
annual financial statements which were released on SENS on Friday, 6 September 2013.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at 10:00
on Thursday, 14 November 2013 at Rex Buildings, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River, Cape Town.
The record date for voting purposes at the annual general meeting is Friday, 1 November 2013.
The integrated annual report and the complete audited annual financial statements are available on the
